Add User

Users are stored on the server. Create new logins from sheet reads the sheet and creates a login, under the person's own name, for everyone who doesn't have one yet, and downloads their passwords once. It never switches anyone off: disable leavers by hand.

Change the name shown for an RM, or hide an RM from the leaderboards. RGMs and branch managers are listed under their own names. Figures still come from the sheet: a hidden RM's business stays in every total.

Create Notice

Notices are stored on the server and reach everyone in the chosen audience. Photos are resized automatically. Videos must be under 2 minutes and are converted so they play smoothly on a phone — that conversion takes about a minute after you publish.

The last 200 admin actions, newest first. Visible to the MD only. Passwords are never recorded here — only who changed what, and when.
